Bubby H. answered: Dear Lilach, What you are having now is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation. I recommend that you try to do as much of what you were doing before the war started - try to do those things now. Even if it doesn't feel right to you. For example, go swimming. Go for a walk. Paint a picture. Listen to music. Laugh at a joke. Because we have to. We have to introduce some kind of normality, and we have to retain some kind of normality in our lives, even if there is no normal. Love, Bubby
