Our memories are treasures, but it's the stories that keep our loved ones alive.

Last week I visited my family in Los Angeles and was reminded why the work we do at Capture Your Story is so important.

Once our loved ones are gone, so go their stories - unless we captured them while they were still alive.

This is a photo of my beloved Aunt Betsy with my son. I wish from the bottom of my heart that we had interviewed her before she passed away, but unfortunately, we didn't. I have so many questions that I wish I could ask her...questions that we'll likely never know the answers to.
